Position:Sales & Application Key Account Manager

Description of the Company / Business Unit:

The business unit will be responsible for introducing leading cooling solutions for Automotive (IC, Hybrid and Electrical) vehicles to various OEMs. The business unit will have a partnership with a European company which is a leader in providing mechanical and electrical water pumps for the automotive sector.

Job Summary: We are looking for an individual with entrepreneurial zeal and experience in automotive field. This position will be responsible to improve the organizations market position and achieve financial growth. The person will define organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals, help manage existing clients and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Duties & responsibilities:
The Business Development Manager will be working with the product development and application engineering team, to develop sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Build long-term relationship with key growth customers and provide leadership and direction in strategic customers interface.
  • Establish, maintain and service accounts, covering full assigned territory to ensure high customer satisfaction, positive long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Work closely with OEM customer Purchase & Engineering departments for business development
  • Co-ordinate with EU partner to fulfill all customer requirements
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Timely Payment follow-up with customer & ensuring collections of payments.

Working Conditions:Travel as required for visiting clients.

Required Candidate profile

  • Solid hands on experience in Thermal / Ignition Systems /Thermostats-Conventional and Electrical /Water Pumps & Cooling Systems-Electric, Electromechanical & Conventional
  • Dealing with leading Tier-1 and Tier-2 Automotive companies
  • Exposure to international network and environment, especially dealing with overseas partners and client
  • Excellent communication Skill
  • Sound knowledge of Automotive and Industrial sales
  • BE in Mechanical or Electrical
  • 8-10 years work experience in similar field
  • Possess excellent communication skill

Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 12,00,000 PA.
