Roles and Responsibilities


• Content strategy & planning, content writing, editing & proofreading, content rehash & repurposing
• Create content in line with the company’s vision-mission-objectives, promote the brand, and deliver impact across various online & offline platforms
• Research & develop personas and identify their content consumption habits on various channels
• Produce content that’s well researched based on industry/technology trends, market insights, customer needs, persona-related challenges, and competitive environment
• Motivate, inspire, educate, and influence the users/target audience to take decisive actions, and accelerate content adoption & engagement
• Create content pieces like (not limited to) website content, blogs, newsletters, emailers, brochures/flyers, case studies, infographics, e-books, product descriptions, whitepaper
presentations, articles, PR stories, short videos, landing pages, and much more
• Organize content schedule, follow the editorial calendar, collaborate with the stakeholder, and drive content projects to finish lines
• Monitor and analyze the performance of content KPIs to drive engagement and optimize as needed
• Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results
• Collaborate with the various unit leaders to create innovative content ideas for internal & external consumption
• Strictly adhere to the brand guidelines and policies for publication
• Support marketing and demand generation teams in running email marketing campaigns
• Extended support to the digital marketing team for executing social media campaigns internally and externally
• Direct responsibility for growing our subscriber base across channels

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-12 years of proven track record of writing inspiring content for B2B audiences in the technology domain
• Understands the entire content-lifecycle management and is able to multitask in a highly dynamic environment
• Experience working with IT/Software product companies and writing technical content is a must. Background in Industrial automation, IoT, and the manufacturing world will be a plus
• Bachelor/Master’s degree in English, journalism, or related field with an impeccable grasp of the English language
• Relevant certifications in Digital or Content Marketing will be a plus
• Experience in writing SEO, Meta-Tags & descriptions is required
• Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision. Should be able to manage content marketing tower absolutely independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, etc.), CMS, marketing automation, HTML, and exposure to other digital / Martech tools will be an add-on
• Recent experience working with digital marketing leaders, CEOs, or marketing heads
• Passionate about content management, marketing (online & offline marketing), self-starter, and achiever
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with product leaders, internal stakeholders across business units, and the Global Head of Marketing
• Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
