About the role -
We are looking for a competent Public Relations (PR) & Brand Communication Specialist to define, shape, and protect our corporate image in this growth journey. Below are the responsibilities, business
impact, and qualification criteria for the candidate.

Responsibilities -
• Strengthen the brand voice and influence the company stakeholders including employees, customers, investors, partners, and sponsors globally.
• Build our brand reputation and ensure compliance with our standards, voice, and tone.
• Develop brand stories, and work with key internal role-players to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the company’s strategy and in support of various brand initiatives.
• Develop a marketing communications plan/calendar including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics
• Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media. Liaise with media and handle requests for interviews, statements etc.
• Identify, develop and execute communications strategy for key media contacts and customer references.
• Plan, develop, and implement PR strategies including dissemination to the media
• Build strong relationships with the peers in media, journalists, analysts, influencers, and clients
• Research and monitor the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media sites, annual reports, and blogs
• Lead survey initiatives and analyze public opinion
• Present solutions in times of PR crisis and facilitate the resolution of disputes with the public or external vendors
• Organize initiatives and plan events or press conferences
• Work closely with Marketing and cross-functional leadership for an integrated communications plan. Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s policies, principles, and strategies, and keep up-to-date with relevant developments.
• Partner with the People & Talent team to develop internal communications to increase engagements and create excitement about the company and

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-8 years of proven experience as public relations specialist and corporate communications specialist
• Hands-on experience in creating innovative campaigns and strategies to engage with the public and media
• Any prior experience working or serving SaaS/IT clients will be a plus
• BSc/BA/PG in PR, communications, journalism, or relevant field is essential
• Highly effective oral/written communications skills and proficiency in English
• Strong Experience in copywriting and editing with content writing and communication strategy experience for all media platforms
• Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets
• Aptitude in presentation and public speaking
• Knows how to organize, multitask and manage time
• Working knowledge of MS Office and other work productivity tools will be required
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Strategic and creative mindset.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
