Roles and Responsibilities

We are hiring HR intern for a US based Healthcare company for their shared services-
Skills required –
1. Minimum 2 to 5 years relevant experience in HR shared services, HR Operations or HR generalist role
2. Good communication Skill
3. Good knowledge of HR processes.
4. Good experience in excel/ Spreadsheet/ Power point /outlook meeting scheduling.
Job responsibilities will include (but not limited to) below
1. Assist in some regular HR activities across the employee life cycle, such as

Engagement Activities
(Department onboarding, team building, Get Together, Town Hall), Performance management, Incentive payouts, Awards and recognition, exit process.

2. HR Data Collation, Analysis and Reports.
3. Assist in Department level HR initiatives, eg – Career Framework, Job Rotation, Soliciting post-
exit feedback of exited employees. Create an alumni database, that the recruitment team could also put to use for further talent acquisition


Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:
Graduate in any field. Master’s Degree in HR would be an added advantage.
