Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for an Office & Admin for a Swiss MNC located at Bhosari MIDC.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Attend to employees issues and discuss way forward with manager and management.
  • Manage bills and invoices related to admin
  • Regularly interact with employees relating to admin issues and solve by coordinating with different functions
  • Day-to-day office management & administration
  • Liasioning and Coordination with External Stakeholders
  • Working closely with recruitment vendors, Arranging interview, coordinating with candidates, Offer Release etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Skills

  • Strong communication skills (speak and write)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Admin function in an MNC
  • Analytical thinking and ability to problem solving
  • Ideally a female candidate
Should be a graduate. Master Degree is preferred.
