Roles and ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an Office & Admin for a Swiss MNC located at Bhosari MIDC.
- Attend to employees issues and discuss way forward with manager and management.
- Manage bills and invoices related to admin
- Regularly interact with employees relating to admin issues and solve by coordinating with different functions
- Day-to-day office management & administration
- Liasioning and Coordination with External Stakeholders
- Working closely with recruitment vendors, Arranging interview, coordinating with candidates, Offer Release etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong communication skills (speak and write)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in Admin function in an MNC
- Analytical thinking and ability to problem solving
- Ideally a female candidate
Salary: 3,50,000 - 4,50,000 P.A.
