Roles and Responsibilities

Who are we looking for?
An engineer who has 4+ Years of Production Support, who'll be supporting one the largest US bank

Technical Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in Production Support, application support and Maintenance activities
• Very strong knowledge on L1,L2, L3 support of Windows and Linux based applications
• Extensive experience on Incident Management, Problem Management, Release and change management
• Monitoring and logging tools like Appd, Splunk, Dynatrace, APM, SiteScope, Netcool etc.
• Batch monitoring and scheduling tools like AutoSys
• Automation: Ansible, GitHub, Python, Java, Shell, PowerShell
• Work Management: ServiceNow, JIRA, confluence

A. Process Skills:

Contribute to the stability and service uptime of the production environment
Work closely for technology partners for software and infrastructure changes
Troubleshoot and problem Solve daily production issues

B. .Behavioral Skills:

Must be self-motivated, directed, and detail-oriented
Proactive in identifying gaps and help the team in streamlining process
