  • Responsible for Employee engagement activities
  • End-to-end training coordination & employees skill development,
  • Performance management & yearly appraisal
  • Maintain employee performance data, personal files, other databases
  • Collection of data and conducting monthly review
  • Payroll and Statutory Compliance
  • Skill matrix and competency mapping
  • Recruitment, Induction & Orientation activities
  • Monthly HR MIS report
  • Exit formalities & retention management
  • Attendance & Leave management
  • General office administration
  • Preparation of & submitting the salary sheet to accounts

1. Sound knowledge of all HR Functions

2. Good knowledge of Performance Management

3. Mandatory - Good communication skills

4. Experience in working in the fastest-growing company will be preferable

5. Ability to work with minimum supervision & Go-getter attitude

6. Salary commensurate with experience, Knowledge & Skills

MBA in HR / MPM
